Cooking Tips
Use shiso leaves fresh to preserve their delicate flavor and aroma. They are excellent as a garnish for sushi, sashimi, salads, and noodle dishes.
Tear or chiffonade the leaves for easier incorporation into recipes or to release more of their fragrance.
