Mint Chocolate Chips

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Can melt if exposed to heat.

For even distribution, toss mint chocolate chips with a tablespoon of flour before adding to batters.

Add them towards the end of baking to prevent them from completely melting and losing their distinct shape.

Try them on top of ice cream or as a garnish for hot chocolate.

Overbaking with mint chocolate chips can cause them to become greasy or burnt.

Using them in recipes that require very high temperatures might cause them to fully melt, altering the texture.
